I found out about the national suicide hot the watching Komo TV channel 4. You can call 911 for help. DCR will give you a mental health assessment. An ambulance will come and take you to the hospital. The police will come and you can be committed voluntarily. If you don't volunteer to be committed voluntary, you will committed involuntarily. According to the same receptionist.

If you know of anyone who needs help, but can't ask for it. If they need help, and don't want it. You can always try to intercede. By asking for urgent immediate medical/mental health crisis. I know from personal experience in the 1990's.I was hospitalized for mental illness in 1993,1994,1996 and finally 1988. I was voluntarily hospitalized for short terms. My sister was hospitalized several more
times than I was.
