The MNCs are suitable for planned cities where there is no traffic jam. But to thickly populated countries, as you have said, where the people live as cats and dogs along the narrow lanes and streets, the MNCs are unsuitable. Yet they make profit with the zoom of IT parks. The big plazas swallow the small ones and there is competition among them to survive.
