Please Don't Kill Me Poem by Lamar Cole

Please Don't Kill Me

He was a bachelor who was all alone.
She knocked at his door asking to use his telephone.
She said that her car had quit.
And that she needed to warm up a bit.

He was kindhearted and let her in.
She robbed him and then shot him in his chin.
He was still alive and made a plea.
Take anything you want but please don't kill me.
