Please Be My Valentine Poem by Kenneth Maswabi

Please Be My Valentine

I search for the perfect flower
A tulip to brighten my day
With its many colors
And an audacious makeup
To be perfectly displayed
In a vase of love
On the day of love

I search for the perfect flower
A water lily to quench my thirst
With its bucket full of love
And its radiant beauty
Mixed with a touch of honesty
And sobering beauty
To be planted in my heart
On the day of love

I search for the perfect flower
A rose to spoil me with love
With its beautiful perfume
And a fantabulous look
Its red lips perfectly availed
For my million kisses
And a celebration of love
On the day of love
