Plant A Seed Of Faith

Plant a seed of faith
Let the Father tend it
He can give the increase
Make it straight or bend it
If a humbling is the case
He knows each condition
Precious in the Father's sight
Are broken hearts of contrition

Wayward one's His specialty
For He's the great Physician
Never has he ever misdiagnosed
Our true heart's condition
Here a prayer there a prayer
Plus the watering of the Word
Brings to fruition a changed life
Through the gospel message heard

Sings with joy for my Salvation
For my Root is Jesus Christ
Watered by the Lord Himself
Who paid fully my ransom price
Now I'm walking in the Sonlight
Basking in the glorious theme
My Salvation is sufficient hope
Until that day when Christ is seen!
