The character of a chameleon
Desires to win the flexible heart;
Offers each a colourful pinwheel
To spend the time, a greater part;
Made of paper; easy preparation
Lovely axial petals of the wheel;
Welcomes the mild wind blowing
Children's soft mind, it does steal.
A pin in the centre holds it tight
Anti-clockwise rotation is made;
Love of fun and curiosity in mind
Runs catching and looks like a parade.
