Physical Immortality

Physical Immortality

How can you be such slumberous Joy,
With no smile smiling like morning rose!
How! How! Please let me know,
How can you grow day by day
in the world of physical mortality?
Say something you know
Some essential truth you must have,
Please let me know the secret!
How can you be such awe inspiring dew!
You are like a dewdrop oozing into my bare soul,
My heart with trembling thrill feels
Your beauteous form beyond words,
I press my overflowing Joy and murmur,
And no words come to make me calm and quiet,
How can you be such divine grace
Two eyes pouring with divine wine,
Let me know and grace me with
A mating of words to praise your sweet charm,
I am wordless now and
imbibe your grace and Joy so calmly deep.
As if I am drinking other worldly drink,
And trance is falling like flame
into deep sleep,
I am falling and deep abyss
is shining like dark snowflake
on the peak,
You are like divine soul
With dreamy dance of Joy,
So calm and so profound.
