Ph: Life: A Buggy World, A "Buggy" Life Poem by Brian Johnston

Ph: Life: A Buggy World, A "Buggy" Life

Possession's nine-tenths of "the law, "
Is what some pundits say
Implying "weak" own nothing real
And brute "strength" wins the day.

But if one looks at "biomass, "
It's insects that have won,
For ALL Earth's mammals are outweighed!
My, logic can be fun!

And insect's also might survive
Our next atomic war,
Intelligence, a passing phase,
Man, "ugly" carnivore.

Is "buggiest" the human race,
"God's image" just a joke?
(Or does God foul His own nest too?)
Depends on what you smoke!
