Perpetual Motion Poem by Caroline Bulleck

Perpetual Motion

Rating: 5.0

Train passengers huddled
Like fearful children
Find comfort in drugged nightmares
They don't leave the train at any station

Hoping it would take them past the muddled
Cyclical tracks that never end
To pleasant pasts without cares,
To futures they can only imagine
