The world would be a better place,
if it were not for people.
For more than just a few of them
are senseless witless sheeple.
They steal and lie without a care,
right up until their death.
It seems, in many cases,
that they're just a waste of breath!
Laws were written to explain
what's wrong and to forbid it.
But every time a crime's been done,
I tell you, people did it!
Those little things that drive you mad,
you know, that's people too!
‘Twould be so nice without them round.
You must admit it's true.
I've come to the conclusion,
and I'll shout it from the steeple.
The world would be a better place,
if it were not for people!
