Pbs October 28,2020

It was today while being interviewed
On the Boston PBS station
The woman heading CBS
Pontificated for all to hear
That she and her media outlet
Were truly unbiased
Unlike others in the media business
CBS was delivering unbiased news coverage
(a claim she made repeatedly)
She reminded me of the Pharisee
In Chapter 18 of the Gospel of Luke
Who went up to the Temple to pray
And proceeded to thank God
He was not as other men were
As for me, regrettably, I am biased
Because I am human
I am not deceived
Nor will I deceive others
I have my biases
Unlike the head of CBS
I fully understand my shortcomings
And try to honestly face them
With the hope I can improve.
