man is too weak
for the love women seek
and in weakness he takes
every affection that stakes
her heart to the farthest star
and renderes her more and more far
suspended there she lies in view
awaiting the utterance of 'I love you'
yet man is blinded by pleasure be
and one alone cannot satisfy he
and so live exiled with those stars above
the poets died with romantic love
and stop up those tears that fall from the sky
