Parents Disparus, Poem By Isadora Quagmire Translated From The Original French Into English

Missing Parents

My dear parents, my heart searches for you so much,
Their place is empty, the silence is heavy.
I miss their voices, their laughter, their lessons,
Their songs echo in my memory.

No one can take their place here on earth,
Their unique love will never fade.
Time passes, and the pain persists,
As their image remains in my mind.

But I believe they are with God, the Almighty,
In the beautiful sky, their sweet rest awaits them.
Jesus keeps them in His pure light,
Far from this world and all hurt.

They are at peace, without any suffering,
In the divine and holy Presence.
Their free souls sing a joyful psalm,
With the Father, in their sweet kingdom.

This hope soothes my broken heart,
Through the Gospel of Jesus, beloved.
One day, I know, through His eternal grace,
We will be reunited, a faithful family.
