Foucault is a name you don't hear of any more. I remember reading Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco and a reference in it where Dan Brown most certainly took inspiration from for his Da Vinci Code novel. And Leon Foucault and earth's rotation is where Umberto Eco took his from. A wonderful modern poem and a pure joy to read. AFS.
