Hello, Terrance! Wow, wow, wow....this morning...I was impressed with the long chain of inspiration: 11 poems descriptive, eloquent, detailed and poetical as well!
I knew someone a few decades ago who suffered from panic attacks, severe panic attacks, when you wrote 'Panic Attack (Tanka) ' I had immediately intended to write a poem; inspired by your poem, due to the importance of this often misunderstood medical condition. Because I believe in the importance and necessity of trying to write this topic well, and because I have little spare time now, mainly weekends and public holidays like today, it has taken awhile to actually write the poems and get them right. Perhaps a few people will read them, understand, and spread a few ripples of understanding and supportive care when a sentive soul suffers a panic attack within their circle of social interaction.
The poem 'Severe Panic Attacks', was inspired by my reply to a comment made by the poet Mihaela Pirjol, to the poem 'Panic Attacks Last Fly In Spider Web Caught How Long? ', and dedicated to the poet Mihaela Pirjol.
