Dear Theo, I think I can understand a bit of the suffering expressed here. Pain feels like being in a desert full of heat and ennui. When we finally find a position with a bit less pain, it is like an oasis. I expressed this in one poem (Y/. a tough ride) which I invite you to read. I truly wish you can find many oasis today where the pain moves a bit to the background, I wish you lots and lots of strength.
