Creative idea, pain is a cousin of happy? need to remember night is a twin to day...they meet at dawn and again at twilight time...so just remember what you said the pain is a cousin of happiness, i am sure there will be time for pain to meet happy someday and then you may reach happy sooner...life in a circle, and it recycle so pain and happy will meet us again and again, different time for sure...as day meet night, happy take over pain..another good poem from u..keep it up thanks for sharing and inviting Alex_Unwritten Soul

Haha lovely poem, I enjoy the tension! I cannot agree with you more, pain is indeed more interesting, intense and deep. We learn so much through pain, for it is through pain that we appreciate the splendor of joy. Perhaps there's really no joy without pain!
