Oversea's Call Centres Comments

Very relevant and insightful! I just spoke to a call center in romania. they sounded like they were from transylvania I had to hang up the fone quick because their voice made me sick not to mention they wanted a blood donation. All joking aside, it really was romania. I've reached call centers in the philipines, india, mexico, Panama but romania was a first and the last. Not only is it not good customer service its not good for all the people who lose their jobs when those jobs are transferred to countries with cheap slave labor
