Jen Walls Dear Hasmukh, this all sounds delightful...but I'm sure things will be not so perfect in that respect unless it is closely supported by strong family values...and continued support and involvement. In the US there are so many nursing care facilities where they are inadequately staffed and abuses abound...Most frail and vulnerable adults need spiritual support, food togetherness, and sharing of life still before death. These places you speak of could be most delightful if co-oped instead of only lining the pockets of a few owners who may or may not really truly care for the people served there.
