reading this, my heart bleeds..I can also relate to this story. A sad and touching piece..but I love it.Well done, Sonya
I remember once a very successful pickpocket saying that the sectret of his success was he never picked empty pockets. As a man I looked for years trying to work out where I went wrong than I discovered i was asking people who didn't have the answers questions. (picking empty pockets) Then one day I met a man who told me if I wanted the little boy to stop hurting I had to look after him. I stated to ask the right people how I could best do this and using those answers I stopped my little boys hurt. those that hurt you can't heal you.
Sonya, thanks to Patti I discovered this masterpiece of a poem. It is as emotiaonally touching as it is beautiful... I can only hope taht the little girl has stopped crying and has found some tlc..10+++++

This is a powerful emotionally charged poem Sonya and so very well penned. We women all have a little girl in us that needs to be loved and nurtured and your little girl is no exception, although she may have found life more difficult than others. As the other poets say 'love her and say all is well'. 10 love Karin
Wow this really made my heart ache for that little girl, still unclaimed in the past, out of reach forever now. Just keep loving her; and everything will turn out fine in the end. (smile)
Very soul touching, Sonya. A poignant story. I hope that the little girl is not crying anymore. Kind wishes, Sandra
Interesting how small incidents can trigger personal reactions that run deep. The story of the little girl on the bus introduces your personal confession very cleverly. The result is as moving as it is unexpected. A well crafted poem. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
