Our Only Reasonable Hope

Our only reasonable hope in this world
Is our faith in Jesus Christ
And once again we will soon be celebrating
Our Saviour with a perfect life
Not one comparison with which to compare
Does anyone have a name?
Yesterday...today...forever! ! !
His reputation is still the same! ! !

Our soul is on a collision course
But still we can make a choice
As to its eternal destiny
Praise God we have a voice
That can call upon Him for mercy
That can call upon Him for grace
When sin usurps to bring us down
We can seek the Master's face

Jesus what a Friend for sinner's
With such availability
You can call upon Him twenty four seven
He knows of your history
Are you finally ready for that change
That you know you've been thinking of
Then give your heart over for His keeping
And know the love of God

Hallelujah what a Saviour
Who paid all the debt for our sin
Who by the shedding of His own blood
Can give us forgiveness within
We can know for sure...Hallelujah!
The Holy Spirit bears witness to this
What better season than to become a born again Christian
Then during this season of Christmas!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
