A well penned tribute to Philippine Overseas Workers who make lifetime sacrifices to provide for their family’s needs. These Mothers and Workers often endure undocumented hardships, abuse, and loneliness in foreign lands. Thank you Rose Marie for giving them this recognition.

Oh, our mothers Our selfless mothers Their greatness Come in small things.Really so true....... always when we go to Dubai or other gulf nations, we fine devoted and loving foreigners working everywhere....... they are always second citizens and suffer everything for the sake of the children and the family...... wonderful way of praising their work.. even if they are unsung heroes of love and dedication. tony

Mothers are selfless. Their love is unconditional. However, most Mothers who work relentlessly for their family and for their land are most often taken for granted. Their greatness hardly measured. A poem that holds your attention and sets you thinking. Very well done Rose.......10
