The poem was about time when I wrote it XD. It's something we cannot control, and it controls us, everything we do is dictated by time, our lives and emotions too, events such as birth and death. Time keeps going on and on no matter what we do, it's irreversible. It heals wounds and allows us to forget but at the same time it kills us. Hence the line The most miraculous of all medicines, The most potent of all poisons. :)

Oh my goodness! I am starved of breath, Nich! You've sufficated me in the sheer power of your words. It is very philosophical and full of different meanings. Full of contradictions, that leave one feeling mixed emotions (in a good way of course) and which leaves me entirely... lost for words. I think that this speaks of societal dictatorship, and its effect on a person, whether intended to or not, and the strive for individuality. At least, that is what I thought of when reading this poem. It is very well done and full of passion. G
