Our Earthen Vessel

Our earthen vessel is a treasure chest
When we come to know the Lord
Indwelt thereby by the Holy Spirit
And equipped to share His Word
Because of our God's worthiness
How worthy was the Lamb
Untainted by one single sin
Yes! ...He the Great I Am

An heir and joint heir with Jesus Christ
God's home our destiny
Living with such wondrous hope
Because of Calvary
Knowing He lives withn me
In His Resurrection power
And that some day I shall arise
He knows which day and hour

Faith built on His faitfulness
Hallelujah...praise the Lord
Rock solid is my foundation
My Cornerstone His Word
That Word which passeth not away
Praise God He doeth all things well
With my mind set on the Heavenlies
And joying in this earthen vessel

I thank you heavenly Father
That You came to seek and to save
And wish not that one soul should perish
But accept the Salvation that You gave
For You alone can make an end to sin
For You are Purest Righteousness
And can make our earthen vessels clean
By the shed blood of Jesus Christ!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
