The luminous celestial body, which keeps us alive everyday,
Can blind our eye's, from over ninety two million miles away.
Helium and hydrogen, the main ingredients, of our big light in the sky,
Without it's warmth, and glow, all of us would swiftly die.
All of the planets that we know of, revolve around it everyday,
the most important object, in our solar system in many ways.
When the clouds block it's light, always considered a gloomy day,
When the sun is shining, everyone energizes, from the power of it's rays.
The sun gives us answers, to questions, that often come into mind,
Always cover yourself first, or you may get burned, every time.2/26/05
