Orchids And Primroses Poem by james watkin

Orchids And Primroses

Rating: 5.0

Do superior images of themselves
Make imposters of us all?
Or are we, concurring, true botanists
Tagging orchids for recall?

Primrose does not the question prompt;
Shame being the shade's end.
We are not embarrassed, cheating her
Of retention's dividend.
