Open Eyes Poem by Alexandra Motschmann

Open Eyes

I was a child
Not seeing those terrible things
I was just wild
And flying under the angel's wings

Getting older under these circumstances
With those poor souls
I saw a lot of brutal nuisances
And their wretched goals

My soul bursted with despair
And love was the remedy
We all have to take care
To solve this insane tragedy

Man*s soul is so beautiful itself
Let*s despise this pelf
Mankind can be so wonderful
And amazing mindful

I am still a child
Seeing those marvelous things
I am still wild
And flying under the angel's wings

Open Eyes
