One Thing Do Not Ask Her Poem by Freeyad Ibrahim

One Thing Do Not Ask Her

Rating: 5.0

By Freeyad Ibrahim

Ask her everything but…
Ask her what is your name?
Ask her where you come from?
Where do you live?
What are you doing for work?
Are you married?
Have you children?
How tall are you?
What is your favourite hobby?
What are you interested in?

But one question you want to ask
Or you already have asked
And the lady before you changed her colour
Or changed her attitude
Or diverted the direction of speech
Or did not give answer,
Or she kept quiet
Or assaulted you if she is nearly 60,
And you guessed that she is 70
You even may ask her birthday!

But one thing you must not do
One question keep it to yourself
Or conclude it from her birthday

That is the question:

How old are you?

It is proved that..
A Woman likes her Husband
to Remember her Birthday,
Provided that he forgets her Age! !

A very entertaning poem, but I do not know what the clue is, dear Freeyad, I cannot think that a woman would be angry if you ask her her age. Good informative poem, dear Freeyad.5 Stars Top Score

Here in the USA, Sylvia, many women get offended if asked their age.
