A wonderful blend of the personal and the divine makes this fine poem particularly appropriate for this time of giving. Your little boy is indeed blessed to have you in his corner. I hope and pray that he is given the second chance he so obviously deserves. Thanks for sharing this. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Thanks for this poem! The 'gifts' of Christmas have a special significance! I have tried to bring it out in my poem -'A Bright Star Over Bethlehem..', on page no.3 ! Kindly look it up on this Christmas Eve! WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS! -Raj

Hi Meggie - Beautiful - This really is UNE POESIE DU COEUR (A poem from the Heart) a poem from your lovely Heart to all the PH Family. You are right to share this matter with God - he really cares for us all. THE BIBLE SAYS: 1. CHRISTMAS is a time of Peace & Goodwill so whatever thecircumstances we must praise God and celebrate 2. Every individual is special to God - especially children 3. We have a God who is willing and able to heal all our infirmities 4. We should pray for the sick and trust God for healing. God loves CARL and and if we ALL pray he will be healed and be healthy. WHEN HE GROWS UP HE WILL BE SINGING CHRISTMAS PRAISES ROUND THE VILLAGE. The prayers of the Faithful will impel God to heal the sick. A lovely - and heart rending poem - Love you in Poetry - JOHN X

This is a beautiful and heart touching poem, Meggie, and I, too, will say a prayer for this little unknown boy with the hole in his heart. I hope God will grant a Christmas miracle this year, and perhaps this boy will be the lucky one to receive it. Thank you for this lovely poem. Carl.

This is a wonderful reminder of what Christmas is all about. The essence of Christmas is giving new life to others. Can we truly celebrate this feast without living it throughout the year? So many in need. So many needing others.
