*one Of My Ancient Ones* 'Letting Go...' Comments

We all feel that we do not 'fit in' at many points of time, but you just ahve to chnage the paramteres of fitting in. I too relate to this poem.And its great that you are sharing your odl poems, if you read my poetry, you'll see so much difference in the poems i wrote 3 years back or even one year backa nd the one's i wrote now. One thing for sure even when you wrote this at a young age, is how all the onset of every emotion is displayed here, the fear, the insecurity, the anger, the regret. What makes a poem fantastic, even when its written at a young age or theres few words, is when the truth of how you feel is displayed, its the most captivating of every sensation, thats human emotion, dont you sometimes wish we didnt have any!

do all people who feel they do not 'fit in' become poets? ...or put in another way...do all poets not fit in? ...is it their way of finding a meaning in life? ...i never fitted in...and i have been a poet for just two months...but speak my mind i always did...and thats why i dint fit! ! ! ...lol...love...nalini
