(I wrote this poem when I was very young. I think I was 12 or 13 when I wrote it. I thought I would include it here, as all of my writings seem relevant in my progression of becoming the poet I am today)
Baby, I don't mean to run
I just can't stand to see your pain
Pain that has only just begun
Baby, I don't mean to turn away
I just don't want you to see me cry
I wish I could help you in some way
Baby, it won't be long,
Before you'll be no more...
That's why I am singing you this song.
Honey, our love will always be,
Alive as the waves in the sea...
And darling, you will never be-
Dead to me.
Baby, I can't decide,
Whether to run and to hide,
Or to face the truth as it will be.
Baby, it won't be long,
Before you'll die and go away.
And baby, these words I have to say,
We'll be together again...
Someday.

I would like to translate this poem
Talent flowed from your pen at a young age and continues with grace as a lady.
