Well, I am not in that position. I am just scared to start over alone. I guess you do get used to the way you are. I have too long in the relationship. I know I am alone anyways so what makes the difference. Great poem Take care. Ruby

I thought the poem was excellent, contrast and contradiction are parts of life, why shouldn't they be a part of writing? I think the contrast at the end is what makes the poem, and no you can't forget someone so close, but the wish that you could is something everyone is familiar with.

Oh...the end was so contrasting to the whole beginning and its follow through. Forgetting someone is near impossible. hey at 13-14, this was brilliant...it is brilliant even today! Preets
