One Last Beginning Poem by Kurt Philip Behm

One Last Beginning

The spirit travels
where facts can't go

Past the borders
of what's to know

Equated speech,
its truth unrhymed

Dogmatic, to amend
in time

But freedom calls,
its voice impends

One last beginning
—that seeks no end
