I face myself in the mirror Trying to escape the horror That left me with ruins of a smile And prevented me from climbing any higher wise words.. and indeed it's an horror to find one's 'hair to be grey' without acheaving what was expected 'once young'.
That was fantastic. Very beautifully and skilfully written. Actually our guilty conscious makes us think certain things. It's our destiny as well as our own shortcomings (they are, too, driven by our destiny) make us realize our losses when the damage is done. Very poignant write indeed.
