Once Upon A Time Poem by Rimni chakravarty

Once Upon A Time

Rating: 5.0

Once upon a time
I eagerly awaited a phone call
The cell buzzed and I felt an invitation to the ball
Life was pretty fine

We chatted, giggled.laughed, fought cried for hours
We were the lovers who enjoy in their bowers
Time flew like the migratory birds
Time can never be described in words
But dashed passed as do the waves
We hide in our caves
no more can we feel the glory of new born babes
This is life
We all dive
It changes so fast
Life is worthy to be called a handful of dust.

Life finds another expression in your poem. This is exceptional. The following words say many times more than what they were supposed to: We chatted, giggled.laughed, fought cried for hours (but alas!) Time flew like the migratory birds
