Once Again Bared Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

The coming storm
half hid, is no obstacle
bred, on the great gloom
pushed by the howling sea's
winds; breaching the towers
above the flooding imaginings
of, the future dazed to come…
A frenzied murdering innocence
granted by this familiar stranger's
ayes; made beautiful in a sufficient
natural kindness; revealing intimacy
that arose out, of a certain "Horn"
now so thoroughly earned by the
many fools made wise, through a
beloved and gently given thought
from that kindness flourishing in
the tree of life; thoughts hidden
yet acknowledged, dispensing
that sound knowingly, against
the rooted perpetual hate, that
all evil chances, within all minds
composing itself, in the winds of
an intellectual hatred, an accursed
opinionated bluff of angry radicalism
seeking sweetly, to appease all free will…
Every face should be happy, exhort no worry
not be in a hurry, to seek the chance to change
the currents swirling through this present second
world; so says the evil, be grateful that arrogance and
hatred do so flourish and generate wealth beyond
all imagination, so says this evil, dancing out of
the flat, and dulled fools, scratching out all of
the gray and blue hairs left on their skulls…
These few keep safe their hearts in the minds
that think their opinions are delighting, and
peddle, in great ceremony, the spreading
of the Atlantic; this bridge of a sea played
in a quarrel approved of late, seen out of
the minds who understand what it means
to drive hatred; lashing it towards the
one undivided house, towards the end
times fomenting war; once again bared…
