Dear Goddy, This is a wonderful poem you've written. In fact wonderful is an understatement. It has so much depth and it is so meaningful. It made me a little bit emotional. The Dead are gone, safely tucked away in the bosom of the Earth, And the Living are no better off having died with all those they buried. (this is my favorite part.) A true poet in the making. Hope you write more of such poems.
But are we, the Living, any better off? Do we not also deserve to be keened for? For we die and are buried with our fallen loves, And our souls already begin to rot before the mortal death Touched very deep, I am shaking.. amazing write, thank you for share..
I really like your writing style, this is such a sad poem to which i and so many others will relate to
