Once A City Of Gloom Poem by Daniel Miltz

Once A City Of Gloom

Spruced, tidied up, upped
It's been ages or so of debasement
Up 'til now, getting a handle on disturb
What could have been, a city of kindly love
From, we will never flicker free of
The once blast town of long time past days
With its spurned oppressed ways
Impression of smashed breeze murmur
And vanished progenitors, conceiver
Stirring, arousing, breathing
The beginning of a fresh starting
