On These Shores
On these shores, we sat together
hugging and smiling and kissing
watching the romantic moon
and the shining waves.
Do you remember that?
After a moment of silence
You told me; Do you know
there is an ocean of love
welling up in me for you.
Then we smiled together
and this smile painted in my heart
all the glories of heavenly beings.
