I rarely grade poems but I gave this one a 10. That's because it deserves it. When a poet uses every word included in the poem to effect. It is a great poem. I'm going to put this on my list as well, to remind me how great a poem can be. Sometimes, when we read a lot of poetry that has no distinction to it, we can forget that. I bow to your achievement.
