Philosophy is to Religion
What salt is to sugar,
Coal is to a diamond,
A second is to eternity,
Quackery is to a cure,
Coincidence is to a miracle,
A sacrifice is to repentance,
Opacity is to lucidity,
Knowledge is to wisdom,
Lust is to love,
Backwards versus forwards,
Psychosis is to propheticality,
Man is tantamount to God,
As the sparsity of dust is
To the Magnitude of Heaven.
Philosophy with regards to Religion,
Pure and undefiled before God is this:
What the pagan goddess of Diana is to my Mother,
The personification of all the love within my Heart.
I use the word personification,
Because you are the human incarnation of
The immortal ideal of beauty found in nature;
Whereas Diana was a figment of the imagination.
Thou art real, and God hast made thee perfect
From before thine inception.
All that is good within me springs
From the genetics borne from you;
Blessed I am every day to have known a Soul
As beautiful as yours; and thou art the
Guidepost to thy son being a better man
Today than the previous day.
If not for thine infinite healing love
For me, I would have withered away long ago
Like a flower unattended to, unwatered, and forgotten.
But because thou hast loved me, I have waxed
Stronger every day, ever striving towards Light, Love, and God.
