Though, it is a forethought for a future happening being inevitable come what may, it comes to the reader as a big shock and distress. That a poem on death could be so readable and gripping, seems incredible. Thanks, Anil ji. The poem goes into MyPoemList.

When one's soul leaves the body, death takes place and at this time kindreds tear tears with lamentation. Dear Panda sir, you have nicely inscribed the scene of death in this poem, let me quote some lines... There will be tears flowing Like a stream at the door A hushed silence will rule as Ash will be strewn on floor There will be holy chants On my way to the pyre My name, my body will Be engulfed by a raging fire It is a beautiful poem on death. Thanks for sharing.10
