Part 2. I enjoyed the love story in this. I am more accustomed to blood-shed and violent captures being perpetrated on my warriors.! !
The Queen has so many more moves that the King. Fitting I believe. I like the contrasts you have provided in this poem between life, love and the game of chess. The proverbial chessboard of life!
You made it so interesting that instead of a battleground it will become a filed of love and love with few or no causalities.
Never thought that a game of chess can be played otherwise as well.
EXCELLENT! ! ! So beautifully crafted and brilliantly presented. Poignant and one of a kind love story. Loved it. To my Poem List.
King and Queen lived for ever you made them immortal don't u! Great write.
I like the plot and the poem. Love on chess board is original thinking. Gr8 poem
We often find ourselves in different camps when it comes to love and peace. Profound poem.
The intricacy of chess game well merged with life's battle. They were after death and we after life, They were longing to capture and win, And we were ready to surrender and lose, The war was on between territory and individuals.
