Humanity seated here and there to take care of poverty to alleviate. This is very interesting and thought provoking poem shared on really. Fantastic presentation.10
This is awesome. Oliver Twist is not just a charater in a novel. He is every poor child who has to struggle for survival in a crude world. Though i havent read the book but i feel you have summed it all up in this superb poem. It reminds me of other works of Dickens. You sure capture the feel n essence of the original. Every reader of Dickens must find it evocative.
You tell the tale so well. Oliver is one of those children that we all know in our own little way and of course the story has touched us all, as this poor orphan child tries to just survive. He has the guts to ask for more which sets him apart from any of the other boys. A wonderful story Eddie. Thanks for sharing. Once again a very well deserved 10.
Charles Dickens would be delighted to find a reader so sensitive to the plight of little Oliver Twist. There are thousands of little Olivers in our society- may we be kind and attentive to the needs of others.
