Old Timers Poem by Chan Mongol

Old Timers

OLD TIMERS

What's wrong to do practices as our old timers did in need?

Things were set to enjoy as thousands of years ago they did!

Now, many intoxicated people mixed up screams and noises;

I hear mad dog barkings and thunder like dinosaurs voices!

Musics and songs are two different matters and two different terms;

One is industrial wastes and another goes with heartbeat rhythms.

Hard music is like unholy loudspeakers to call for holy prayers;

Pollutions are all over to hypnotize listeners and parishioners!

Why upset with my analysis and feelings with your angers?

You can't violate ways to sing and to pray like my old timers!

Why burying politeness and peace within your jurisdiction?

Impolite conception is the pollution to decoy true culture, religion!
