It's a nasty habit. Even knowing what your poem says is entirely true, I haven't yet made myself quit. Reading things like this is good motivation though. Good truism

Thanks Mike. I was an alcoholic myself, but after falling ill I was told clinical drugs won't work with alcohol. I stopped and was able to carry on. There is always hope. Yiro
