Thanks for paying such a glowing tribute to the 'the shining lantern of the sky'! 'you stay aloft in the firmament in deep solitude yet in benevolent contact with all creation' - loved the poetic description with appropriate vocabulary.

I'm transported right to the balcony scene in Romeo and Juliet. An absolutely beautiful poem, Valsa.

Such a beautiful poem on the Moon, dear Poetess Valsa. We, the classical dancers, portray the moon with mudras almost in all dances that we perform but as yet, i have never been able to write a verse on the moon. You have penned it with perfection. Enjoyed reading this beautiful poem....10

The beginning line which is inscribed as 'Moon is the shining lantern of the sky' attracts the readers to go through this poem. Moon is beautiful creation of God. It appears each night to lead the wayfarers. Young and the old persons fall under its mesmerizing spell. The inspiration you have made is so touching and attractive. Enjoyed for second time.

Your poems always make me spellbound. Let me quote from the lovely poem on moon- you appear each night to lead the wayfarers, stumbling across the murky faraway streets, the ones lost in the labyrinth of darkness shedding down beams of light on their way you stay aloft in the firmament in deep solitude yet in benevolent contact with all creation

Queen of sky appears as moon at night and and queen of day as sun. Your observation gives us detail of life's perception and you have interestingly written this poem with beautiful image.
