Thanks for your feedback, Valsa. I agree with your comments. I'm very happy that PoemHunter.com has given me an opportunity to post my thoughts and views in the form of this poem to this wide world. I'm sure eventually many will read and will appreciate the pain I've expressed.
Reading this poem, I feel truly happy over the moral fibre and indignation of the poet and feel sad that this poem remains unread and unnoticed. Nirbhaya has now become a black memory, still exuding an excruciating pain in any one with an element of humaneness in him! The perpetrators of the crime languish inside the prison cells. I wonder if let out, will they ever be nice to women. Do they have any remorse.....? Doubtful... No law or remedial action can prevent a man from molesting a woman. Only a change of heart can bring in positive results. How we wish if men had stopped seeing women just as objects of their carnal satisfaction! ! A great write!
A great write. Stand-poetry, they call! A reminder to humanity, a reminder to all parents on How Not to Raise Their Sons as Criminals
