Oh My Little Hummingbird Poem by Eva Mae Witt

Oh My Little Hummingbird

Rating: 5.0

Oh My Little Hummingbird

Oh little hummingbird fluttering on by my exterior window
Viewing and gazing at its beauty and melodious reflection
While it fluctuates every which way as it does and it knows
In an instant, it has lost its imposing introspection.

Now how does and what does a hummingbird see
As it flutters its wings and fluttering real fast?
Does it tell you to who and why who it may be
Might it be inspecting and thinking of how to ask why?

Oh my little hummingbird sitting outside my window
Do you flutter your little wings with the beauty of perfection?
Your beautiful wings flutter so fast wherever you must go
Never meaning or imposing of making another connection.
