what else can i say? Your fans said it all...Thanks again u put a smile on my face 😀
Thank you so much Bri. This poem brought smiles and chortles to the start of my day - although I admit I squirmed a little. Brilliantly written as ever.
What Valsa said- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -this was so disturbingly funny.... they say I have a dark sense of humor- - well, I bow to the master of dark humor, Bri Edwards
I wonder into what all troubles you pass on a daily basis. Earlier your eyes were picked up vultures, now a doctor has done an operation on the wrong eye with the ailing eye retained. Once.... to drive doctors away, you ate too many apples... more than what your stomach could afford and landed up in a hospital......! ! While you pass through excruciating pain, we chuckle and even roar into laughter.... What a merciless world surrounds you.... Bri! !
Valsa, Valsa, Valsa, and others, Thanks for comments folks. WAIT! ! Who turned out the lights? ? ! ! ! I guess I'll be 'seeing' 'Jean' again, ....or not. ;)))) bri
Ha ha I'm waiting, holding my breath...go on do tell.....WHICH EYE.......haha. thanks for the chuckle Mr Bri Annette
There are instances of doctors doing wrong operations. Are both your eyes intact? An eye opener to all surgeons and patients too.A great humour poem, thanks for sharing.
Another great and fun poem from a skilled poet. The situation comedies created in your poems make every minute of my time that I spent reading your poems worthwhile. Thank God it was only a dream! Thanks Bri.
Nice poem, Bri Edwards. I am an Eye surgeon. I know there was one occasion that wrong eye was removed unless otherwise the 'To be removed eye should be marked and confirmed again and again' before being removed especially for a case of retinoblastoma in a child some 20 years back.
beautiful...enjoyable..along with an ironical tone to modern busy life and time...(if I got) . Bri, I read your poem 'Stop Picking on Me'. your acknowledgement of Savita Tyagi is imitable and praise-able...thanks. thanks again for Poets note.
Ha ha ha. What a dream....what a nightmare..Glad it was just a dream. A vivid portrayal of a hospital scene. Amazingly humorous. Enjoyed reading it.10++++++
